Mango Cherry Smoothie

Anyone else feel Winter slowly giving way to Spring? It’s getting a little warmer, the days are getting longer, and my eyes are feeling itchy already. After a Colorado winter I’ve been craving cherries, mangoes, and other fruit best served on summer days when the whether is warm and my coffees are ice. So, being impatient as I am, I  found myself some instant gratification in the form of this creamy, fruity smoothie. This smoothie is toddler approved and gives you a burst of vitamin C to help recover from a long Cold and Flu season.

Ingredients

12 oz bag of frozen cherries

12 oz bag of frozen Mangoes

15 oz full fat coconut milk

1 frozen banana

1/4 cup water*

Directions

Blend until Creamy… that’s it!

*Note: I like my smoothies thick enough to warrant use of a spoon. If you prefer to drink your smoothie, slowly mix in 1/4 – 1/2 cup more of water.
